method to reduce unpleasant feelings as a result of stresses and improve the quality of life.
Program includes:
- General health cosultation
- Walking in the park (walking speed by a doctor’s prescription) before supper (duration around 30 minutes)
- Consumption of the mineral water before the breakfast, lunch and dinner (timing, quantity and temperature of drinking of mineral water determined individually, by a doctor’s prescription);
- Clinical examination in the beginning of the program (general blood examination, urine examination, TSH,GLU, ECG,vit.D,vit.B12)
- Food ration (diet) by a dietitian’s prescription(personal nutrition plan)
